Rev Leila is a diaconal minister, with roots in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Prior to coming to Red Deer, she served in Hanna First United Church for over 7 years, and before that in other rural communities while living in Leduc and Stettler. Leila is enjoying serving in an urban setting, and an affirming community of faith, nestled in the heart of Alberta.   

Leila brings her wider education and experience as a Spiritual Director (Jubilee Program for Spiritual Direction), and Anam Cara and Grief Supporter (Sacred Art of Living Center), as well as maintaining practice and education in Healing Pathways.

Dale joined the Gaetz United staff in early 2014. He has many years of church music leadership experience and is the organist and Sanctuary Choir director. 

Tracy begins her new part time  position as Rental & Finance Manager in January 2026. She will be happy to answer your rental inquiry questions. 

Sabrina has officially joined the Gaetz United Church staff in 2026. She has worked as office relief  for many years. Join us all in wishing Sabrina great success in her new role.
